They are used as protections from the sunlight and can be both in the homes as well as for the industrial purposes. They are made up of wood, aluminum, PVC and hence they are costly than the bamboo roll up blinds.

    They can be used to enhance security when they are made up of steel. They can be shut or open according the requirements. They can also be cut according to the required size. The heavy duty venetian blinds can be operated using remote controls as well. When used for commercial purpose like in an office or an industry then they can also be used to print the industry logo on them. These venetian blinds are also very fashionable and they are present in a number of shades of color and a few like the white venetian blinds are in high demand

    Both types of blinds i.e. bamboo roll up blinds and the venetian blinds have their disadvantages and advantages and the type one prefers depends on the personal choice.
